Dmitri Mendeleev Created The Periodic Table of The Elements Though There Is No Exact Date As To When. He Worked On It Over A Span Of Years And Added Elements To It As They Were Found. He Even Guessed Where Future Elements Would fit InThe Table Before They Were Even Discovered. Heres What His First Published (1869) Periodic Table Looked Like.

Atomic Number -- Number Of Protons

Periods -- Horizontal Rows

Groups -- Vertical Columns

Protons -- Positively Charged Particles In The Nucleus


Neutrons -- Particles In The Nucleus Without A Charge

Electrons -- Particles OUTSIDE Of The Nucleus That Are Negatively Charged
